🐷 Land Rover Discovery 3 Suspension Fault
For the past few weeks, i have had an intermittent suspension fault C1A18-64. It hasn't progressed in dropping to the bump stops, or going into limp mode and is easily reset able by switching off, locking and unlocking. Has anyone experienced this and if so, what was the rectification? cheers Geoff : 24th Apr 2019 12:30 pm
Thanks in advance for your input. Wife's LR3 has a suspension fault C1 A1 3-64; Pressure doe not decrease when venting gallery. Valve blocks? Pilot Exhaust Valve? or Reservoir Valve Block? I could also use a good pdf download of the repair manual as well. mv UPDATE - FIX.

Fault code pulled with Faultmate is C1A20 - pressure increases too slow when filling reservoir (Intermittent algorithm based failure) It seems most of these are a dying compressor - this in my 07 LR3 which to my knowledge has the original unit.
2. Locate and remove the compressor cover, ahead of the driver’s side rear wheel. The cover is secured by 4 or 5 clips and 3 10mm bolts. Undo the 3 bolts, then to release the clips insert a flat head screwdriver into the clip latches and twist slightly, while pulling down on the cover. 3.

I have a 2007 LR3 SE with the V8. While driving my LR3, I get the warning "HDC Fault System Not Available" with the following lights coming on the dash (ignore the TPS light.
The IIDtool shows the transmission fault as "U0416-86 (2F) Invalid Data from Vehicle Dynamics control module" * When I start moving I will also get an HDC Fault System Not Available and Cruise Control Not Allowed and the Suspension light will come on and display "Suspension Lowered". It seems to go somewhere in between Access and Normal height.
Suspension fault, HDC System fault system unavailable, Parking brake fault the engine, brake and ABS lights came on and a flashing red parking brake light. I remember the flashing red parking brake light coming on when I had the issue in the winter, but it was gone the next day. I did have my battery checked when it died in the winter and it
